Defending Our Country
Rushing through many a mountain,
The Yellow River expresses her indignation.
Looking northwards, I see robbers trampling
the forts and hills, raising
dirt and dust.
Our generals let the fury in their breast combust,
As if roaring and fierce tigers,
They are our country's defenders!
Fighting against robbers they have pledged their lives.
For the county's peace, they 'd rather die!
