I made the following up.

One persion said that he knew an accedent that killed 12 people in town.

Another person said

"I also heard an accidet occured last night outside of the city that killed exactly 12 peple too."

"occured last night outside of the ciiry" 修饰和限制名词“ACCIDENT".
