This title reminds me of my caricature and sarcastic poem against the bureaucrat in PU, which caused a sensation in campus, students pushed and squeezed to see my work, titles as "the eight scenes of holidays". I guess if I had remained in China and had an art editor position in a national paper, my name would have been quite popular.
That gap will be filled soon as debt will be paid, but the loss of opportunities is still pitiful.
Here in the States my bread and butter is related to holidays closely not to say they treasure my portraits.
May this quote "Revolution is the grand holiday of millions of mass"...the idea of a general strike (“the grand national holiday”) ... arouse my enthusiasm again to greet my involving with possible mass movement of new leaning methods of English words . The true glory belongs to those who possess true talent but those bureaucrats like Mao against his colleague in later 1920's.
