时光飞逝如电，转眼又是一年，佳节即近，圣诞节(12/25/13)，新年(1/1/2014)，春节(1/31/2014)，元宵节(2/14/2014)，情人节(2/14/2014)，西方的情人节和东方的元宵节都在同一天，真是让人惊喜的巧合。冲浪潜水员倡议的过节活动已经在美语坛拉开序幕了，感谢已经参加活动的网友们：他们是：好学又好问，叶子，rockcurrent，Lucidus，冲浪潜水员，科夫和京燕花园等。

我们期待着文学城更多的网友来参加美语坛的中西节日活动，一切与节日相关的题材都可以，中国节，美国节，西方节，东方节，只要是英语的，或者是中英双语的帖子均可，诸如：原创作品，朗诵唱歌，诗歌散文，歌曲影视，厨艺书法等，题材不限。

冲浪潜水员提供的topics："Introduction to an interesting foreign holiday or festival; How one spent a recent holiday; A memorable holiday; A song related to a holiday (such as a Christmas carol), either audio or video, best performed by oneself." 叶子提议感恩之声, 歌诵诗文厨艺心得, 抒发对生活的赞美。
