The Furthest Distance in the World (Alaska version)
The furthest distance in the world,
Is not between a flying bird and a swimming fish.
But when I call for your stepping forward,
Yet you hesitate and are not sure how to accomplish.
The furthest distance in the world,
Is not between my calling and your hesitation.
But when my zealous dreams impend,
Yet you even not sense a possible frustration.
The furthest distance in the world,
Is not between embracing my dream and you dispirited.
But when I drenched in Alaska’s pulchritude,
Yet you only could gaze at the pictures of a high attitude.
The furthest distance in the world,
Is not between your speculation and my thrills.
But when a colorful leaf falls into a pretty solitude,
Yet I know it is senseless to lose your smiles.
The furthest distance in the world,
Is not between the missing and the loneliness.
But where by the shore you live in pride,
and the far north where Pacific ocean embraces.
The furthest distance in the world,
Is between you and me to stand side by side,
While sharing and pondering on the marvelous land,
Should your proud idleness not subside.
