关于连读和“O”的发音。。

秒秒：

loss（偏/啊/一点更美味）

get in（可连读）

inactivity（na可以连读）

These three points are difficult for me to imagine and to get the correct pronounciation. Could you please show me an exmaple somehow. ? I'd appreciate it very much. Thanks!
