问个关于中译英时英文输入的问题

最近翻译了几篇稿子，中译英，总共不到两万字。可是觉得长时间敲起英文来手指关节都痛了。不知道大家都是自己手动输入英文还是用软件。老公倒是给我买了Dragon NaturallySpeaking这个软件，但我还没来得及试着用一下。想先问问大家都是怎么解决这个问题的。多谢大家！
