回到起点 -- 读音标 part 3 of 3（元音）

元音拿不准的更多：对bird和letter里的半元音间的区别，一点儿概念都没有；最后两个idea, real来回倒腾的不知道是什么意思，没读；还有一个纠结了很久的：ear和year到底区别在哪儿？请知道的高人，不论您是常驻的还是路过的，给指点一下吧！万分感谢先。
