If she handle it, she will ask you "how can i help you" ? IF no, she will say please wait a moment. Meantime she will transfer your line to another person. Then talking with that person who knows the procedue well, she will help you out, or your case is a little bit complicated, SHE will make an appointment , this person can be your program advisor.
