在巴黎随便吃的生蚝

巴黎有家华人开的自助海鲜餐，主打的是随便吃的生蚝。 老同学跟我一起去探店，感觉真是物美价廉，品种丰富。不过生蚝毕竟成本太高，所以餐厅里随便吃的生蚝比较闲。

好吃生蚝还得单点，法餐厅的吉拉多，每粒生蚝要经过四年培养才能上市。口感柔软汁水丰盈。
