哈哈，抗药性乳腺癌癌细胞转移老鼠模型终于作出来了！

这个长周末在赶一个细胞水平的癌细胞转移试验。已经四个多月了，一直没有办法定量，看得到结果，拿不到结果，好气馁。今天去加班，作最后一搏，不行就准备放弃，碰到老板也去加班，把我叫进办公室，给我看两个学生的老鼠实验结果--昨天傍晚我下班了他们拿到结果的。。。老鼠模型成功！礼拜四两个学生还说有结果马上告诉我呢--细胞是我给他们提供的，一直担心这样那样的问题，怕出不来结果。他们两个打了老鼠，等了好几个月了。。。

老板语重心长：你要能把方法做出来，下面要作的事情就多了。老鼠模式合适药物的test，时间太长；你这边的方法更合适分子水平的实验和理论研究啊。。。。

不管不管。。。先上老鼠模型，测试我们筛选出来的compound最重要。我们自己的估计是我们的compound能对付转移的抗药性癌细胞，要能证实就往前又推进一大步！
