I was concerned about you when you told me that you overtrained two weeks ago, because overtraining seems to be a big "no-no" before a marathon. But everything happens for a reason, this incident has occured to teach you something. I admire your courage to sign up for it and I have no doubt you will be back to another full marathon race next year, wiser and stronger.

Things have been hectic for me in the past month. I apologize for not being more supportive of your training. The good news is that I am going back to my previous company and starting to work from home again. :) Next year let's sign up for Marathons (half for me, of course) around the same time and train together!
