Bible can be the origin of many Western literature. With that being said, a song with lyrics mentioning lord doesn't make it a christian song. I like saying "Oh, My God...", but it doesn't make me a born-again Christian. Moreover, please see the link for more information about the background of the song:

When we enjoy a song, do we really need to consider how the so-called mainstream society interprets it? A thousand readers can have a thousand Hamlet. Please don't remind us (i.e. the folks from mainland China) there's an official guide how to read Hamlet. Please.
