谢谢大家的回复。我一般每周跑35miles左右,跑速大概8.4min/mile。食物方面,三餐可能 carb比较多(面包,米饭,面条),早上和下午会吃零食,一般吃 mixed nuts,偶尔会吃cookies 或者 cup cakes.
