吐血奉献一长寿秘方

从50岁开始每天生活如下

1. 晚上9点睡，到第二天自然醒

2. 吃佣人放上桌的刚做好的早餐

3. 吃完出去散步，想散多久散多久 （listen to your body)

4. 回家吃佣人做好的中餐 （想吃啥不想吃啥listen to your body)

5. 吃完，想睡，立马躺下午睡，again, listen to your body 

6. 睡至自然醒，出去散步

7. 吃晚饭，看电视。上床睡觉。
