周末跑步，老爸给我拍的肌肉照，我今天才看到。在那里欣赏半天，哈哈。

看自己的银行账户，珠宝首饰包包，那种成就感，都远远比不上欣赏自己的肌肉啊。发在fb上，三项俱乐部的大叔给我留言说，You are looking mean and lean!

我喜欢这个形容，mean and lean!

我去跑步，爱美丽在家里骑车。我回到家，她还在骑。我洗完澡躺平了，她突然满头大汗闯进来说，骑完了，最后power多少多少。

我忍不住亲亲她。她说她每次骑车跑步，不管多拉跨，都要保证最后那一段是最快的，出去比赛也是，三项比赛游泳骑车跑步最后一段都要最快。

这是教练一直告诉我的，finish strong。但是教练从没跟爱美丽这么要求过。这娃真是天生的内驱力。
