晨跑

今早爱美丽跑坡，我在边上绕圈跑间歇。半小时以后她自己回去了，我继续跑。给她带了一个airtag，嘻嘻。

穿了新鞋子，af3。上次买一样的号码，结果很顶脚，所以退掉换了大半码，结果还是觉得有点紧、这个af 3竟然要比af2大整整一码么。今天心率push不上去，但是腿很酸。跑完看配速都比以前高。不知道是不是换新鞋的关系。

跑步前吃了一个香蕉，跑完以后喝蛋白粉，吃了一个红薯。还有一个红薯等下上班间歇时候再吃一个。
