这几天教练要我们平衡营里每个人交作业，就是如这个视频里，单腿站立穿袜子穿鞋，然后换腿，单腿站立穿另一个教的袜子和鞋子。

这是对我们平衡，核心的一个考验。你能做完吗？

这个和身体的fresh与否也有关，比如我跑步以后就没法做完，人晃的厉害。当然你如果平衡力很好，啥时候都可以做，哈哈
