I already told him that I would honor his previous lease and he could continue to rent this house. However, he doesn't want to pay the rent for three month . He says the owner of the house is changed, that means that previous owner early terminate his lease, according to the lease which he signed with previous owner, he  should get  three monther rent from prevoious lanlord. So he has right to say in this house for three moth for free.
It sounds like he has consulted his lawyer . 
I am planing to go through court for this issue. 
I am not sure how I can protect myself in court.
