我儿，大学4年，med school要6年，都是私立的。十年花了我100万美元，现在他还不能做麻醉师，还要几年。

如果10年不读，就community college读夜校，也可以读够管理出租房的知识的。我相信能够读下harvard medical school的一定可以掌握所有的出租房有关的知识。这个10年，加上100万的学杂费我已经付了的。也能够打下一片出租房天下的。
