If give 1M cash to people like JY, TX, etc. they could work on 5M portfolio (average deal), 100 units? Annual free cash flow, 120+K? Minimal or no tax... Maybe they could input more accurate numbers. At that scale, they could have controlled and most time relaxed lifestyle.
For 300-500K W-2, all tax included will be 50%? On call a lot of time.
