这是个主动投资房。仍然位于硅谷湾区附近。condo，660sft，1房1卫，2车位，看高尔夫球场，社区有游泳池，健身房，会所，jacuzzi，

07年最高价43万，2010年买进16万，全款付。HOA月费$280，地税月均$150，不需要任何修整，直接出租。房客也很好。没有欠租。

自己管，没啥事儿可管。高薪白领。小区月租1200－1500看房间情况。
