That is, even in gold's term, housing price right now is （almost） back to its 100-year low.

Yes, we agreed on gold. But there are two things about gold one needs to keep in mind:

1. gold has not income stream.

2. gold, when it deflates, it deflates really fast, so one needs to keep a keen eye on it.
