That's true.

Fact 1: The S&P/Case-Shiller home-price index dropped 9.1% from December 2006.

Fact 2: 30 years fixed rate mortgage dropped 20% from December 2006 (Source: HSHAssociates.com)

Everybody knows eco 101. But reality is more than eco 101.
