how can I make u people understand?

how did we have 4.5% mortgage rate today? because government guarantees 95% of all the mortgages with the backup of a printing press! without it, banks simply don't lend any $ at all, and normal mortgage rate should be 9.5%, housing price should be down another 30% already!

what if ur house worths $1 million yet one loaf of bread costs $1,000? are u happy with that?
