i don't think you understand the total picture here. govt. must support real estate because it is the key to the general economy. now tell me, which country in the world thru-out history does not support their economy? none.

in fact the support is always there. homeownership is always encouraged by tax incentive.. loans are supported by fed as well.. there are millions of things that every govt. in the world do to support...
