business 如何能比 W２ 省税，请举例说明

平时是快乐着、悠闲着，虽然有时也忙点；
报税时是快乐着、忙碌着，但有时也会郁闷点，呵呵。

都是让税闹的啊，哈哈。很想知道 business 是如何大大地省税的。别让我问我CPA啊。know-how in tax planning 又 make economic sense 的CPA是容易找的吗？这也是所谓的 80/20 rule吧?

先奔健身房了。回来给个例子先，请各位看官说说 business 是如何能比 W２ 省税，还大大地省税的。要不，哪位看官能先给个 case study 算是抛玉引砖，行不？
