The purpose for starting a business is to make profit. Once the business or I should say a small business is profitable, it has to pay self employment tax or payroll tax, and then the remaining profit will be carried to your personal tax return. Those deductions are 'exchanged' by paying way too much in taxes.
Anyone takes a closer look at case scenarios for a profitable small business will know what I mean, I believe.
