talking about business income, if someone is in a 'passive activity' business with very limited expenses, he’d rather like his 70 - 80% of income be something like 1099-int, 1099-div, or a corp. distribution, instead of a 1099-misc

so my question is, what could I do to reduce a business' SE tax?
