I heard that if you have a business, you could, for example:
1. Buy a car, and all business-related expenses is deductible.
2. Entertain your client/vendor, deductible
3. Treat all your employees (even if it's only yourself) to a gift, if it's C-corp
4. Un-realized gains are not taxable, such as asset appreciation
5. Non-professional service companies pay tax on it's own schedule, and this saves on tax
The problem is that not everybody is suitable to start/run a profitable business.
