抉择

两口子在弯曲工作，俩孩。
看重一个好学区的大房，1.4M，算了一下，如果买下来，每年还可存＄20000（401放满）。可是如果一个人丢了工作，就会承不下去。老婆不想买，可上次买房就是胆小，不敢买大，现在觉得住得憋屈（也在好学区，有点小)。
