完全同意

There are two benefits for me to move to your place.
1) reduce my current mortgage cost on house. Free up my cashflow and equlity
2) better rental cashflow in fairfax, larger leverage and better return in long run.

but life is not all about money. even i know it is better to move, i choose not to because
1）I like my current life in bayarea, friends, weather, easy travel to China, and better opportunity in my carrer development
2) I can still make 10M in bay area in the next 10～15 years. What more money will do to me？ （I know people are laughing at me on this, 10M sounds such a crazy number) If I am lucky, I can get it in 10 years, if unlucky, maybe 20 years.
