湾区房价非常缓慢地从深谷里往上爬

按蜗居里小贝的话说是贱贱地贱贱地往上爬。：）

今天收到一个realtor的news letter,总的来说 Santa Clara 县的房价在贱贱地往上爬 ：）
注：俺拿掉了Los Altos Hills, Monte Sereno. 这俩地太小，没有统计价值。

对家在湾区坚持八年抗战的筒子们来说是好消息，再这么贱贱地上去，俺们终有出头之日。对想到湾区买房投资的筒子们来说，也许最好的机会已经过去廖。不过，谁知道呢，也许明年又来一个dip.

所有这些城市里，Cupertino是个异数。别的地方2008年3季度到09年1季度都掉了半粒米或20%多时，唯有她的房价岿然不动。靠的就是俺老中们在坚挺吧。：）
