在我看来住其他地方的才可能是作房奴。蚂蚁啃骨头的供月付。在弯曲，你只要蹦哒蹦哒几下，百万贷款都付清，外加一辈子的Property Taxes。在弯曲做房奴的不是没开窍就是瞎跟风。能跟上形势发展是关键。For Example, only in Evergreen area, around 3000 sqft houses, 97-98 year, house price is around $30W or $40W, 2000 year jumped to $80W or $90W, 2001 year down to $70W to $80W, then 2005 jumped again to $140W or around. So it is like a trading market as long as you see the timing, and a lot of other areas too in different timing period, if you ask people who live in Bay Area long time.
