Brentwood is good for retirement, well-planed development in lower price. Imaging when you are retired, 3bed/2bath is not enough for 3 generations, your one child will bring >3 persons in, then you have to either book hotel or your kids will not go to your home, no living space is a good excuse for them, see how many 孤老人 in palo alto. So smart people will move to a larger and newer house when retired, 吸引小孩回家探亲, most of my friends are doing this now. :)
