都是炒上去的。最近也不知道谁吹的风，全跑BRENTWOOD买房子投资。

把那里房价炒得特高。

还有SAN RAMON说是什么第二个Cupertino，让那边房子从五月，五万，十万的涨。八十万以下的涨得很厉害。特别是五六十万的，涨得比率最大。
