这个escalation的条款如何match?

在做一个房子贷款，我offer的时候有个escalation的条款，在一定范围内，超过另外卖家1000块。 当初卖家代理有提及有个竞争的offer, 但是给我和贷款公司发合同的时候， 并没有提供这个竞争的offer. 现在贷款基本完成， 卖家代理又给我发了一份竞争的offer, 说要match并超过他们的价格。我看了一下这份竞争的offer, 出价比我高，但是有个inspection条款，我的没有inspection条款。请问在这种情况下，卖家代理要求我match并超过他们的价格是否合理。谢谢。
