我都是在假设

（1）我假设每一个有效合同都有明确的价钱，而不是还可以浮动的。而且贷款公司都贷出款了，可见他们读合同也读出了确定的价钱。

（2）我又假设listing agent和seller不是笨蛋，不会平白无故地让你加钱，如果你说不，我假设他们会告诉你合同里面有这个浮动的条款。

所以你需要问listing agent，合同的价钱难道不是固定的吗？怎么能够签好的合同还能加价？根据的是哪个条款？第几章第几段？

不要急着答应或者不答应，问清楚了你要么自己一个字一个字读合同，要么去找个律师问。

到此我只能告诉你方案，无法告诉你结论。
