listing agent 帮我写出offer的时候，是有一个escalation clause, 但是他们发给title company and 贷款公司的合同的时候，没有提及别的竞争者的合同。我相信竞争者的合同是真的，我的问题就是，如果他们没有及时提出竞争者的合同要我match, 我是否有权力要求他们履行不需要match的合同。 对我当然是有利的。
