合同是谁起草的？

不看合同不知道谁起草的，到底escalation是怎么写的。价格是合同的essential term。如果一个合同连价格都没有确定，这个合同是无效的。我不认为你的合同是无效的，因为对方还是期望卖给你。所以我不理解为什么他们认为在签订合同以后还可以让你加价。

escalation是offer，不是最后合同价钱。

为什么贷款公司认为价格已经写定好了。

你不用代理就去问律师吧。
