请教柠檬： Adverse possession

我的出租房隔壁是6 acres farm land. 地的分界线刚好在driveway （一半？）. 但是我们一直在剪driveway另一边的草地。大概15feet x40 feet.  

如果从前owner 开始就一直是这样的，我可以claim adverse possession? how about the driveway?

不知道该怎么证明这个。这房子已经建了50年了。

房子后院的草地是另一家在剪，我们给了easement 允许他们进入我们的草地剪草。因为我们后院大部分是树林，只有与邻居挨着的一长条是草地。
