只有我觉得没问题吗？

1. 广告里的尺寸只是参考，既然public信息是3700，买家应该有自己的判断。 这个不能做为毁约理由， 除非appraisal价低于卖价。

2. 如果卖家wife有power of attoney 给她丈夫， 她丈夫可以一个人签字， 这是escrow关心的事。你可以问escrow是否他能一个人签字。

现在的问题是， 卖家agent有没有disclosure他是卖家之一？这点可以告。其他的不是理由
