这肯定是买家疏忽，特别是买家的经纪人。不过如果卖家用不实的资料误导买家（比如在广告上说），我觉得卖家还是有责任的。

如果卖家根本没提面积，卖家只看网页上的资料，我觉得卖家不必负责。
