By rough calculation, this house has positive cash flow about $4k/year. Give you about 2% return on your $210k investment. At this point, your house just has a paper loss. If you sell the house, it will be real loss. If you don't mind to be a distance landlord and use a PM, then I would suggest keeping the house.
