By rough calculation, this house has positive cash flow about $4k/year.  Give you about 2% return on your $210k investment.  At this point, your house just has a paper loss.  If you sell the house, it will be real loss.  If you don't mind to be a distance landlord and use a PM, then I would suggest keeping the house.  Meanwhile, if you can use the positive cash flow to do some improvement on the house, that will give more value to the house and you don't need to pay tax on your gain.  Good luck.
