由吃想到的问题.班长觉得不合适可删除.

刚才看到楼下贴的几样年菜,手艺确实不凡。色,型都绝佳；香和味虽然无法直接体检，但想来也应极符合国人味蕾的享受。
我想说或问的是：我们是不是可以（或应该）吃所有的东西？我之所以问这个问题，坦率地讲，是因为看到象抜蚌。我从未吃过象抜蚌，大概将来也不会去吃。象抜蚌好象是从粤菜起家，然后蔓延到其它菜系的吧？粤菜里有很多我不以为然的菜（当然，我不算老几），比如猴头（不是真菌类的，是灵长类的），蛙蛙鱼，以及更有名的果子狸等。我们应该吃这些东西么？
有人会说，这是中国文化，应该尊重，由其我们这些号称是在民主国家受过教育的人，更应该知道尊重多元文化。可是，文化不是一成不变的啊，比如，女人裹脚就曾是中国文化，我们不也抛弃了么？我们看到世界上有个部落的人将铁圈套在脖子上，结果脖子越来越长，这个习俗或生活也是一种文化。我们或许会有很文明的态度，我们尊重他/她们的长脖子，他/她们也不用按我们的标准生活。可我也不认为我们会从内心觉着那很美。更准确讲，那样的文化至少不那么健康，从现代医学的角度来说，那样还是有害的。
