Or in my world, I dont count those in Canton, Mainland China are being the same as those Pre- Communist ruling, nor being the same as those grew up in Hong Kong.
In Ancient Chinese culture, there is a saying:
You need to be wealthy for 3 generations, before you know how to eat well.
Those in mainland China are, in my opionion of course, only became rich in less than one generation - or translated to "Sudden Rich". They harely know anything about the culture of eating.
