.　　有啊是这个战略的一个子集，同时也是这个战略的核心。可以说，Landing Page是百度分享电子商务果实，让流量变现率攀升的核心战略。

　　前几天，百度战略投资了齐家网。这个消息在我想象之中，也在我意料之外。百度电子商务事业部总经理蔡虎日前推出有啊生活平台以及开放电子商务战略，对垂直B2C战略投资并不奇怪倒是这个齐家网让我有些惊讶，而且动作如此之快确实有些出乎意料。这个在互联网圈子里异常低调、几乎没有过新闻曝光的网站，2010年据说销售额将有65个亿，而且盈利状况非常良好。

　　还有一个关键点可以披露的，据消息称齐家网正在筹备上创业板。如果一切顺利，它可能是“国内B2C第三股”，在麦考林和当当之后，也可能是国内资本市场的电子商务第一股。

　　在回味了一下这一个投资新闻之后，我突然想起了几个月前，百度电子商务掌舵人蔡虎向我提起的百度“Landing Page”战略。之前除了一篇国外媒体与李彦宏的访谈报道中简单披露了这个战略的名字外，几乎找不到任何更详细的阐述。结合百度在电子商务领域的诸多举措，再来分析这个Landing Page，我茅塞顿开。

　　首先需要明确的是，除了投资齐家网，百度在电子商务领域已经有一些投资，比如网购Mall乐酷天，再比如女性时尚商城耀点100.我相信未来我们还能听到更多的名单，这些名单的共同特点就是——其一，B2C定位;其二，他们在自己的领域中居于领先地位;其三，提供的商品或服务定位于C的生活圈。

　　让我们将这种投资思路推到极致，即百度围绕C的生活圈建立了全覆盖的开放式平台。当然，在寻找投资对象时，百度必然和阿里面临竞争，但百度的筹码不是money，而是流量和推广资源。这一点，还在为流量发愁的阿里很郁闷。就在百度投资齐家的当下，我注意到，淘宝的家装馆也在淘宝商城中刚刚正式上线。

　　现在摆在百度棋局中的棋子，除了全资事业部制的百度有啊外，其余都属于非控股型投资。我猜想，除了继续物色对象，百度正在将已经圈回来的企业放到Landing Page平台中，给这些投资对象一个起飞的跑道。

　　说了这么多，我该解释一下Landing Page了。这个英文单词翻译过来就是“登陆页”，如果要形象的理解，大家可以在百度搜索一下“有啊生活”或者“乐酷天”或者“耀点100”。如果要更简单的理解它，大概就是一个流量分发平台——百度每天大概有7、8亿次检索请求，其中生活消费类的占比很高，通过Landing Page，百度将这些需求像泄洪一样分发、注入到相应的平台，以与商户进行对接。

　　这就是百度在电子商务领域的基本战略。想通了这一点，再来看之前百度有啊推出“有啊生活”，就很容易理解了。有啊是这个战略的一个子集，同时也是这个战略的核心。可以说，Landing Page是百度分享电子商务果实，让流量变现率攀升的核心战略，怪不得，Robin说“Landing Page将是未来几年百度营收增长最重要的支柱”。

　　尽管Landing Page才刚刚展开，但我认为百度这一次的选择是正确的。百度和阿里巴巴要在电子商务上决一高低，一定要利用自身的优势，探索一条最合适的路
