如何max out你的贷款额度和数量？

如何max out你的贷款额度和数量？这是个很有意思的topic.我的经验浅薄，想看看各位大老有没有好的建议。以下是我知道的一点点：

假设双职工

1.每个loan只用一个人的名字和ssn;这样两个人可以总共有20个loan.

2.每个投资房的loan,在保证现金流的前提下，尽量贷 数额大 的loan.也就是说，20几万的房子有不错的positive cashflow,就不要去玩几万的房子。

我所知道的情况是，租金和全职工作的salary都算作income.所以只要positive cash flow, income(LTI ratio)几乎没有问题。
