ET/CT 检查目的：B超发现胰尾占位；增强CT: 胰尾Ca 伴肝转移； CA125, CEA 升高。

PET/CT 检查所见：

胰尾不规则软组织肿块影，大小约为 2。9 x 2。9 cm, 密度欠均匀，周围脂肪间隙密度模糊；放射性摄取增高，最大SUV 7.6

肝V 段稍低密度灶，边界不清；放射性摄取增高，最大SUV 6。1。肝右叶下缘 V1 边界欠清的放射性增高灶，最大SUV 5。3。另见肝多发水样低密度灶，放射性摄取缺损。

诊断意见：

1。胰尾不规则形软组织肿块，代谢活性增高，考虑胰腺癌

2。肝V 段边界不清的稍低密度灶，代谢活性增高，考虑转移

3。肝右叶下缘 V1 段边界欠清的代谢活性增高灶，转移不除外

PET/CT Exam Reason :  ultrasound found space-occupying lesions in the tail of the pancreas.  CT with contrast indicated the tumor in the tail of the pancreas with hepatic metastasis. CA125 and CEA both elevated.
Findings:
An irregular soft-tissue mass is found in the tail of the pancreas, measuring   2.9 x 2.9 cm, with uneven density,ill-defined border to surrounding fat space, and shows increasing radiotracer uptake with the maximum SUV 7.6.
 Hepatic  segment V is slightly hypodense and ill-defined, with increased radiotracer uptake and the maximum SUV 6.1. Ill-defined lesions at the segment V1 of the right lower hepatic lobe are increasing radioactivity with the maximum SUV 5.3. In addition, multiple hepatic fluid-filled and low-density lesions are seen, however, without increased radiotracer uptake.
Impressions :
1. An irregular soft tissue mass is found in the tail of the pancreas with increased metabolic activity. pancreatic cancer suggested.
2. Hepatic section V is slightly hypodense and ill-defined ,with increased metabolic activity. metastasis suggested.
3. Ill-defined lesions at segment V1 of the right lower hepatic lobe are increasing radioactivity. metastasis therefore could not be ruled out .
